Start from previous order items or a saved plan, then recheck the current SKU, price, stock and delivery charges. A previous purchase does not guarantee suitability for a different vehicle.

Confirm the vehicle and wheel setup
Check the vehicle manufacturer's specifications, wheel dimensions, load requirements and any modifications. Wheel diameter alone is not enough to choose a compatible tire.
Verify the complete tire specification
Check the exact SKU, tire size, load index, speed rating and approved wheel-width range with the product information and tire team. Confirm any warranty terms that apply to the order.
Set quantities and receiving details
Enter the number of individual tires needed for each SKU. Confirm the destination and receiving requirements, then review available shipping charges or request a quote.
Review the complete customer estimate
Include your shop's mounting, balancing, disposal and other applicable services in your own estimate. Dealer tire prices and shipping charges do not represent the total installed price.

Thresholds use merchandise at Standard dealer prices, before freight, tax and coupons. MAP is the Vicrez.com price before discounts. Each order qualifies separately; orders are not combined and do not permanently upgrade your account. Drop-ship orders do not qualify for Volume or Elite.

Keep freight and timing visible
Check shipping for the actual products, quantities and destination. The planner can request cart-linked assistance when a rate is missing or the delivery needs review. Confirm any additional receiving charges before accepting a quote.
Availability and delivery estimates can change. Confirm the order and delivery timing before promising a customer an installation appointment.

Questions from tire shops
Can I mix sizes in a stocking plan?
You can select different SKUs and quantities in the planner. Qualification uses the eligible order's merchandise subtotal at Standard dealer prices. Confirm each tire's suitability and availability independently.
Does every tire order receive Volume or Elite pricing?
No. Volume starts at $5,000 and Elite at $10,000 on the defined Standard-price merchandise basis. The order must be a stocking order delivered to your confirmed dealer business. Drop-ship orders do not qualify.
Can I join the installer directory as well?
Yes, you can apply separately to the Vicrez Installer Network to describe your shop's services. A dealer account does not automatically create or approve a directory listing.
