Identify the vehicle and the exact SKU
Record year, make, model, trim and body style, plus relevant factory options and previous modifications. A matching model name alone is not confirmation of fitment.
Confirm what comes in the box
Check the product's material, finish, individual components and included mounting hardware. Ask about anything the listing does not establish before committing to the job.
Plan preparation and installation
Review the product instructions and confirm required trimming, drilling, adhesives, fasteners, paint preparation and any related parts with your installer. Do not assume every kit uses the same process.
Confirm availability and landed cost
Check current dealer pricing and stock, the delivery address, freight and any receiving requirements. Include your own labor, refinishing and operating costs when estimating the customer's project.

Make the delivery part of the plan
Large exterior parts may need a freight quote. Use your actual delivery address and specify receiving hours, dock or forklift availability, and whether liftgate or limited-access service is needed.
The stocking planner shows available shipping options and lets you request help for the current cart. An unavailable rate is not free shipping. Recheck charges after changing products, quantities or the destination.

Can I order a part for one customer?
Standard dealer pricing has no order-value minimum. Confirm the product's minimum quantity, availability and your account terms. Volume and Elite require an eligible stocking order delivered to your confirmed dealer business.
Does dealer pricing guarantee a resale margin?
No. Your margin depends on your selling price, the exact SKU, freight, fees, installation and other costs. The tier percentages describe discounts from MAP; they are not a profit promise.
Can Vicrez confirm a kit fits my customer's vehicle?
Send B2B support the exact SKU, vehicle year, make, model, trim, body style and relevant modifications. Resolve any unanswered fitment questions before ordering or scheduling installation.
